"Living with your fear"

Taking ridiculously literal phrases such as "living with your fear" i've been playing with the idea of your phobia as a physical being, stalking you and haunting your thought patterns. In this poor sod's case, not being able to focus on his shopping, when the gross sloppy meat aisle is lingering nearby...
